Side Note: For minimal issues try to resolve them yourselves if you cannot try to connect with Auron Rhea, Carrera, or Hors first. Remember we are ALL very friendly so you don't have to be shy about contacting us, we're here to help and improve your game play.
If nobody is on and the issue is minimal, such as a combat situation, please try to work it out with the player you are playing with. Remember you need to have consent and follow the dodge rules, nobody is perfect. If the issue cannot be resolved, please postpone your fight send one of us a message via the forums or RPR and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If it is an issue of harassment, try a Beekin. Remember to play nice people.

LOGS - no if, and's or but's! No complete log, no complaint. Do not change the names or black out the names on your log, this will have us questioning the integrity of the document.
No he said, she said. If you come on someone's behalf your complaint will be tossed out.
The person wronged must be the one to log the complaint. (If you see someone being harassed or gossiped about OOC it's OK to come to us, with your logs).
NO ANONYMOUS VICTIMS. PERIOD.
