Fresh apples, unique to the Hollow, are grown here. They are large, robust and are cross pollinated by the local bees. These apples are turned into the local Hollow Cider, famed for its sweet flavor and earthy tones, but they are also known for their wine pressing, using grapes from the farm to the North.
