any faults such as: scarring, missing limbs, lack of intelligence, etc that are currently present. I have also agreed

to pay the price listed to the seller, as well as the 10% fee for services and paperwork to Saints & Sinners. I also

understand, if returning property. I am unable to retrieve the 10% paid to Saints & Sinners.

Saints & Sinners owned Territory ~ Mistress Eden. 

1). Any trade on the property must be done through official rules and channels. Which include all of the following:

a). Done within the Presence of Eden or Official and on property grounds.

b). Proof of ownership, and all corresponding paperwork. - (If between two separate parties)

c). Able to provide a secondary copy of all paperwork. - (If between two separate parties)

d). Filled copy of transfer or purchasing forms. - (Can be obtained by asking at the Office)







2). Eden & Officials have the right to refuse any buyer or seller on any rights. Which is not limited to:

a). Sickly or Malnourished Slaves.

b). Failure to provide proof of ownership.

c). Slaves taken from the Peddlers Hallow. City and outlying areas.

d). Disruptive actions or threats to staff.





3). Buyers and Sellers are allowed to post buy or sell orders on the notice board at the bar.





Failure to abide by set rules may result in: Fines, Ejection, Seizure of Property, or Death.
