If you are complaining to me about not getting RP and yet when RP is brought to you and you refuse to RP in a way that will bring you RP this is not acceptable.  I have been patient and I have explained to people who own shops and guilds you must be polite OOC- however if you NPC EVERYTHING and you are not using the rest of the town for RP or trade and proceed to come to me with complaints of no RP it will fall on deaf ears.

Some of us have made new people in this town feel very very unwelcomed OOC and this is NOT the purpose of PH....  if this continues to happen I have no issues with pulling IC property from people.

If you have any questions ask Eden- if you feel butthurt over this post you might want to do a bit of reflecting because this might be YOU!






**NPC's do NOT take priority over PC's PERIOD**
If someone moves into town as a supplier and you are NPCing said same supplier due to that business not existing in town but we get one that moves you.  You need to give them the chance to RP and be the supplier- if you NPC everything there will be no RP and you'll be posting only to yourself.




If you are using outside sales here are the links where you MUST post ICly- if you DO NOT you are shipping ILLEGALLY and into the Black Market.  If found out ICly you will be arrested.

To further note if the shop does not exist within town, it does not even get NPC's meaning you are exporting and importing. Thus you have to post in the shipyards to make it a public record notice (because this way even if you RP it, other people know and dont assume unintentionally godmodding or over playing your event). Unless its illegally brougth to hollow you gotta post it! And even if its illegaly brought post it as a notice in the Black Market threads.

This thread needs to be stickied. This is a TLDR of the meeting

• Dont NPC people who are player characters, able to rp. This includes Guild owners, Shop owners and other business important characters [really anyone tbh]
• Don't assume things for other players without talking to said player. 
• NPC's do not take priority over PC, but having NPC to make up your staff is fine.
• Don't ignore players who want to have a space in your shop. Give them a chance to play their roles and the roles you give them.
