So I needn't have to post this, but it seems I do.
Some species... cannot mix. No matter how many babies you have.
Angels mixing with anything "evil", "undead" or "demon" and "devil" races causes them to become fallen, so any child born of them has none of the holy powers of their parent, only supernatural strength.
Angels mixing with humans, makes semi divine humans.
Vampires mixing with anything makes VAMPIRES. The only exception are humans. Which even than to create a Damphir requires a certain event of birth.
Vampires and Weres create a weird hybrid, but they can still hybridize.
Weres cannot hybridze, eg Werebear and Werewolf will make one or the other, not a half breed or most likely be a stillborn.
Dragons can make babies with anything, but same for them poking an angel is unlikely to make an angel dragon if the dragon is an evil class (such as Red Dragons).
Orcs make half orcs.
Elves make half elves.
If you are a bloodline split between more than 4 species, it is heavily diluted in attributes. If anything you have is mixed with devil or demon their powers are severely reduced as well with every generation. Understand how genetics work, even in fantasy there is a reason that half angels are all fallen, though not evil, they lose their celestial powers for poison of the flesh.
Now there are possibilities of hybridism cause fantasy but there is a level of resonability (reasonable responsibility). if you want to make an Angel/Dragon hybrid, sure, just understand that if the dragon is evil, its likely the child has no celestial powers.
If you make a werepyre, its likely that it will have all the strengths and varying weaknesses.
If you want to make a Mouse Dragon hybrid, just understand you'd probably be really tiny!
