Alderman
Four gold allowance, two gallons of wine, and two candles are provided for the Alderman. They are in charge of the guild's main function and is required to act, always, for the guild and never of the self. Business cannot grow inwardly, only outwardly. The Alderman is in charge of keeping records, private transactions, public transactions and securing Guild Contracts.

Alderman Sargent
Paid station; 3c. For days spent in the Alderman's presence he or she must be capable of physical labor: lifting and moving payloads as well as keeping guard of the door until the Alderman's business has come to pass.
Steward
Two gold allowance, two gallons of wine, and two candles are provided for the Steward. The Steward provides writs of work, stamped, that allow members of the guild to travel and conduct businesses. These letters of permission ensure that anyone who seek to question them of their activities prove that their actions are bound by law and they hold a position as a citizen to another country so they are not seen as thrall or members of army insurgents. If the Alderman is not present in the guild the Steward is in charge of providing permissions of higher tasks in their place, but can be overwritten by the Alderman's voice. They are to maintain all oaths that they are to maintain laudable rites and customs of the standard of legal trading.
Steward Sargent
Paid station; 3c. For days spent in the Steward's presence he or she must be capable of physical labor: lifting and moving payloads as well as keeping guard of the door until the Steward's business has come to pass.
Chaplain
Ten copper allowance, one gallon of wine, and one candle shall be provided for the Chaplain. The Chaplain is not permitted to do work within the guild without an Alderman or Steward present. The Chaplain handles the lesser tasks of the guild which include folding documents and ensuring that daily tasks, such as counting stock and retrieving missives from the post, are met without fail. They are not permitted to read or handle private records and contracts sealed by the Alderman or Steward.

Chaplain's Clerk
Paid station; 3c. For days spent in the Chaplain's presence he or she must be capable of physical labor: lifting and moving payloads as well as keeping guard of the door until the Chaplain's business has come to pass.
Skevins (x4)
Four copper allowance, one gallon of wine, and one candle shall be provided for the Skevins. They are in charge of domestic affairs within the guild. They are not permitted on grounds without the Chaplain, Steward or Alderman present. They keep the Guildhall presentable by refilling inkbottles, replacing parchment stacks and other miscellaneous duties while learning the basic tasks of keeping a business maintained. They are apprentices that are rigorously prepared for business management positions within the guild.
Usher
Two copper allowance, one gallon of wine and one candle shall be provided for the Usher. They are civil servants and are trained to uphold custom laws. They assist the Skevins in these daily tasks and are usually unskilled workers that are illiterate but can provide a public view on matters involving the needs of citizens. They clean and wash the Guildhalls daily. They are not permitted on the premises without a Alderman or Steward present.
