There are citizens of the Hollow who have grown tired of the Council doing nothing of the werewolf attacks and the presence of any kind of Therianthrope. The Hollow is said to preserve the beliefs of others and not discriminate religions, but allowing the therianthropes to continue to roam is against everything Yahweh stands for! Since the Council refuses to act I shall act! Join me citizens! We shall be the DEATH! Denizens Ever Against The Hunt! Sign your names below if you wish to join me in the hunt against these beasts that threaten the Hollow! The Fighter's Guild abandoned you and the Hollow Watch is just a front for the Council to control the propaganda of safety! Denizens unite! Become DEATH!

A note written at the base of the post in a neat but hurried hand reads,
The "therianthropes" are not our enemies. They are, although "cursed", still citizens and thus remain under the protection of the law. I beseech any interested in this exploit to take into consideration that these are people who cannot always control themselves, not mindless monsters.
The plead was not signed, but anyone might have noticed the hooded lanky figure scribbling it in the late hours of the night.

-A poster was pasted up next to the message, showing a lack of interest in just removing the poster asking for a joining of forces.-Good Day Hollow Citizens, My name is Lady Alixana Meneldur, recent individual to take over what was formerly known as the Fighter's Guild. I also changed the name and I am working very hard on restructuring it into a force that is more than just a simple group of brawlers with power and swords. This message is clearly someone frustrated over the events that have taken place over the last several months, but know that I will not stand idly by while hateful speech goes towards my good name. The Council is not out to get any of you, in fact it is many citizens who disagree with the locking up and persecution of various Therianthropes. To be honest though, the only group that has posed any threat has been the Lycanthropes. Because of the disagreement with punishing them by the citizens little has been done. The mentality of they can't help it and it's not their fault has been the actions and overall thoughts of many citizens. There was even once a powerful Alchemist Mage who resided in this town willing to work to cure the Lycanthropy, and many of the Lycans themselves turned their backs to him, when all of this could of been averted. This propaganda is to incite anarchy in the town and will not be stood for. Under the Hollow Watch I won't stand by while individuals pollute this town with murder and false justice of their own accord. Any individual caught joining this group and acting upon their own sense of justice will be charged, arrested, and punished. If you truly wish to change things, and enact duty and work towards the better future of the Hollow, then come join the Hollow Watch, you'll be given the authority to handle situations and make arrests. Before you resort to petty anarchy, remember this organization is moving towards change, and you could accomplish this and so much more just by joining it. If you're willing to fight in the shadows, fight in the light, it pays better. Also, if any citizens have recommendations in reference in a way to deal with the Lycanthropes, then by all means please address them. The most responsible thing to do is to come up with a solution, and that solution is not causing more terror or war within these grounds. Sincerely, ![](http://i.imgur.com/EXP2CvP.png)

Bold messy scribbles partially conceal the first reply, the words scratched enthusiastically, quill nearly puncturing the parchment. "We're waiting."

Another sign appeared followed by the symbol of the DEATH group.
Behold how they already try to make up excuses! Remember citizens, the head of the Hollow Watch is part of the same Council covering up the disappearance of Auron Rhea and the death of many others! This has not been the first attack, nor have they done anything to stop the attacks at night! They try to threaten you to silence! Stand up! We have a right to bear arms, we will protect our ilk and properties! I will not let my children be afraid of the dark. Ask the council about the bodies found in the well! Ask them about the identities of the therianthropes they hide! Your neighbors, the bartender, the doctor! Any of them can be hiding the secret! One scratch is all it takes! We deserve protection, so stand for yourself! Join DEATH.

A piece of paper with torn, feathered edges as if plucked from a book, was pinned in the centre of the board. The penmanship was intriguing; flourished loops and wide arcs, though the handwriting appears to change between multiple authors throughout. " Your pulpit reeks of your bittered tongue, For as certain as that fear that you monger. You are wrought in your diction, And although far from fiction We are troubled by the claims you have done.
Though it is regarded unearthly, For the wolves to live amongst you, adversely They are your neighbours and lovers, Your children, your Mothers, Some whom protect you, most fiercely. To you wolves, we address here direct, Though you have not as such our respect, We are held close, as kin, Now what an odd thing. But we wish you would behave less inept.
Lots of love, The Dead "

On the corner of the Post Board was a list of names, an official copy of records from the council records. There are some names that are not found on record. It is said their bodies were found in the well and burned immediately on the Council's order. These are all names of people who have been murdered by lycanthropes and have otherwise been found maul and dismembered, presumably, by boars.
Xue Hu - Mauled to death, almost no remains
Colin Lyle- Gored to death, missing head
Abigail Dickinson- Missing arm and organs disemboweled
Karmile Harrot- Disemboweled
Geoffry Kissinger- Gored to death, left hand missing
Mira - Mauled to death
Thames - Mauled to Death
Auron Rhea - Head Trauma, details falsified

Answered in the fancy script that was most familiar.
Your details are incorrect. Clearly someone is attempting to pin these attacks on lack of enthusiasm on the council. These deaths were looked into and the killers were located, just not apprehend due to short staffing. People are too quick to be the lone wolf instead of taking up arms with your fellow Hollowins.

Re Talgon happens to walk past the increasingly voluminous agglutination of propaganda tacked up to the town poster board. His deep crimson eyes peruse their contents, in the original sense of the word: they take in every word, pondering them in that clockwork mind of his. As there are none about to observe, and his hood is raised in any case (against the pounding rain, of course), there is only the barest of smiles upon his face. He pulls out a strange object from some pocket hidden underneath his dark ashen cloak: something like a draftsman's crayon, wax mixed with pigment so that it will leave an indelible mark. The color, in this case, is a dark, brownish red -- did he really make a writing utensil out of blood? -- and he puts it to the topmost notice, writing these words just above the list of signatures, being so careless as to write over the insignia upon it:
"The fool looks for Death, and death finds him."
Next to his defacement -- although he would say improvement -- of the call-to-arms, he scrawls a crude drawing of a grinning serpent: ![](http://jttheninja.com/render/retalgon_insignia.png)

Anonymous, but the scrawl would certainly be recognizable to guild members and regular carnivorous customers. The oversight seems to be simply that, rather than deliberate obfuscation:
You would sentence your neighbors, your bartender, your doctor to the death over a disease which, with no great adjustments to lifestyle, is incredibly manageable and under typical circumstances, only becomes active for one night every month?
Might I remind you that the movements of the heavens are so regular, we can and do create our time around them? Determining each lunar cycle is crucial not only to our survival as citizens, but also the survival of the afflicted.
It most certainly does not rain angels every day, and the city does not often fall under demonic control. Executing the unfortunate victims of those circumstances would hardly address the increasingly obvious larger issues at hand, and to pretend otherwise is foolishness.
How would we know who to follow when you hide behind a pseudonym?
What benefit would we gain from lone vigilantes who can't even seem to decide what they stand for?
How do we know we would not be wasting our time?
I do not recall YHWH mentioning anything about therianthropes. Perhaps I should brush up on my readings again.

One would discover that all of the notes revolving around this would have went missing for a day or so, only to return back as if nothing had happened afterwards.
The Werebear had taken an interest in investigating it briefly with the help of another.

Despite the controversy surrounding the post, or perhaps in defiance of it, a name was at last written. No alias, no subterfuge. It was a bizarre turn of events, considering the crypt-dweller was as timid and jittery as they come.
However, her recent trip to the infirmary for lycan-inflicted wounds (of a nearly fatal nature) was no secret.
She would piteously hobble away from the board with the aid of a crutch.

Y'swyrm would look over one of the flyers when the night set in enough for him to read the text. Seemed some the locals were getting all riled up again. Maybe if they weren't so adamant about burning every corpse they could get their hands on, some of those on the list might not need be listed as "dead". Still, such things were best left unignored. A listing of upcoming full moons would be listed so that those with enough sense to leave the weres alone would know when to stay off the streets. Children shouldn't be out on the streets in the middle of the night anyways. The text would be eerily neat, as if done by a printing press rather than drawn as the "ink" smelled of iron with its obsidian coloration.

A name is added to the list of death counts.
Abbey Lyn; throat ripped out, leg consumed.
A foreigner who had come to the Hollow to help repair it, and this is how we repay her? (is lightly scribbled beside her name)

I must admit: Compared to what I have read, I have never seen a werewolf quite so purposeful in its bloodthirst.
Once again, unsigned.
